Beautiful setting

Bright space with the nautical outdoors coming in through the wrap-around covered deck, this condo sits on the edge of the ocean with an easy boardwalk access to the beach. Depending on the time of sunrise, you can open your eyes while lying in bed in the ‘master’ bedroom and watch the glorious show of the new day dawning, or get up and sit on the lanai with a cup of coffee or tea to welcome the day. For sunsets, we drove to Captiva. The condo is immaculate, well organized, and comfortable. The island is coming back after Hurricane Ian and we found many places to eat, a well stocked grocer, and nice biking paths. Unfortunately the pool was under construction during our visit but it looks like they are making progress. The pool is directly out the back door of this condo and when finished will have nice access and pool view. It’s a lovely condo!

We Were Wowed!

I can’t say enough great things about this condo and our experience as guests. First, the location is perfect. It’s an end unit with a full-on unrestricted view if the beach, and just steps away from one of Sanibel visitors’ favorite hobbies: Shelling. The unit is decorated with a real “relax and enjoy, you’re on vacation” vibe, highlighted by owner Don’s impressive collection of shells and nature photographs. The kitchen is particularly impressive: the new metallic black appliances really set it off in style. The owners, Don and Peggy, are great hosts. They keep the place spotlessly clean, and they seem to anticipate your every need. They’re the very definition of friendly and responsive. Bravo!
