We had an amazing experience staying at Pointe Santo C41 on Sanibel Island! One of the best things about this property is that you can get to the pool and beach within a few minute walk. The view from the deck is truly amazing and you can hear and see the beach waves, and we also loved the sundeck! The sunrise and sunset views from the beach were breathtaking. The condo was well furnished and had everything we needed, including dishes, extra pillows and blankets. We made some of our meals at the condo and were glad we had all the dishes there to dine in when we wanted to. We also liked having some games there to play at the condo. We made use of the washer and dryer as well.
The property grounds were safe and well maintained. Everyone was friendly and helpful; we talked to many residents while we were there.
We fell in love with finding shells on the beach, it truly is one of the best beaches I’ve ever seen for shells. We have four young boys and seeing them discover each new shell and sea creature was so much fun and it was something new every day. They also loved digging and building sandcastles on the beach and endless hours in the pool. We used the beach chairs and umbrella several times, but it was also nice to use the chairs already there too!
We enjoyed exploring the island and there are several restaurants and shops within a short drive we went to. We explored the island on bikes and rode to the lighthouse stopping for ice cream at The Shack. We also enjoyed the visitor center and a drive through the National Wildlife Refuge. We loved the Sunset Captiva Cruise that we did as well and saw many dolphins with a gorgeous sunset.
We have stayed at several rentals, and this one was top notch with everything that was provided, the views, access, and the owners were very helpful as well!
We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone else looking for a little slice of paradise!
